Stocking up on essentials. the curry mixes available in most supermarkets here are quite good. No need to blend and mix your spices up, it’s ready to go. Of course, I will be testing if there’s any flavour difference between these mixes and doing it from scratch. Will be getting my spices from Atlas Trading Company in Bokaap. They have been around for 70 years and they know their spices!
